CVC Micro Tech 超微量技術的重大突破,是獲得專利的非分流納升級微流量控制技術;15000 psi 超高壓,最低流量之控制精準度可達每分鐘20納升,技術領先群倫(大部份同類HPLC只有5000~10000 psi,流量每分鐘200-400納升)。
由于微流量,所以檢驗特別靈敏;也因此大幅減少溶劑用量 (約只有一般HPLC的8000分之一),不但大幅減少溶劑費用,更解決了實驗室內因溶劑用量過多造成空氣污染危害人體健康的問題。美國一些溶劑業者停產,證實溶劑危害健康確實是個大問題。(一般HPLC連續24小時使用三天須耗去一加侖,而 CVC Micro Tech XPLC幾十年才會耗掉一加侖。)
Micro-Tech Scientific was founded in 1991 by Dr. Frank Yang, the inventor of the packed-fused-silica, capillary column; on-column detection; flow-stream splitter; closed-loop digitally-controlled ultra-high-precision micro pump; helium-plasma element-selective detector; micro-dynamic mixer; and check-valve system for capillary and micro LC. Dr. Yang has also stimulated growth in the field of Micro LC by commercializing the first true capillary LC system in 1993.
Providing Solution
Micro-Tech Scientific's patented capillary HPLC technology offers applications for both micro-HPLC in routine drug QC and capillary-LC in cellular protein analysis, protein drug develop-ment, and quantity-limited biological-sample analysis. Our technologies cover all areas of capillary LC, CE, CEC, automated multi-dimensional separations, and automated ICAT* intrumentation. We also offer a new-generation, digital-control pump, patented micro-volume dynamic mixer; micro-volume detector flow cell; and proprietary proteomic chemistry and capillary column productions. The Ultra-Plus IITM HPLC and X'TremeSimpleTM nano-HPLC products and proteomic analyzers are the culmination of our intensive program to produce leading analytical and biomedical systems for life science research, and cellular-protein identification and quantification.
Meeting Today's Challenges
Technological solutions to the rising demands for low level complex biological sample identification and quantification are met by our capillary Ultra-Plus IITM systems as well as the new X'TremeSimpleTM system for nano- and capillary-LC, CE, and CEC. The Ultra-Plus IITM is designed based on patented technologically-advanced, closed-loop digital motion control for ease of use with Auto-Pilot software. This system allows ultra-low flow rates for capillary and nano-LC applications. The new X'TremeSimpleTM system is designed to set a new standard for around the clock, trouble-free, nano-LC applications.
