亞洲實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物聯(lián)盟（亞洲實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)，AFLAS）是以亞洲地區(qū)的國(guó)家和地區(qū)為基礎(chǔ)成立的實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)和協(xié)會(huì)的聯(lián)盟組織，旨在推動(dòng)亞洲各國(guó)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì)或協(xié)會(huì)之間的國(guó)際合作，促進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科學(xué)、技術(shù)和教育發(fā)展，支持實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科學(xué)相關(guān)活動(dòng)，并致力于提高實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物福利水平。

AFLAS每?jī)赡暾匍_一次實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科學(xué)的亞洲會(huì)議，由理事會(huì)選中的成員學(xué)會(huì)主辦，并鼓勵(lì)亞洲地區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)家和技術(shù)工作者參加會(huì)議。

第三屆AFLAS大會(huì)已于2008年9月在北京成功召開。

第四屆AFLAS大會(huì)將于2010年11月9—11日在中國(guó)臺(tái)北召開。本次大會(huì)將為亞洲地區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者和工作者提供一個(gè)交流最新研究成果的平臺(tái)，并能促進(jìn)本領(lǐng)域內(nèi)廣泛的聯(lián)系、合作與發(fā)展。

What is AFLAS?

The aim of AFLAS is to promotes through international co-operation Asian Congresses on Laboratory Animal Science for the purpose of reviewing scientific, technical and educational problems in Laboratory Animal Science, to develop other relevant activities in the interest of Laboratory Animal Science, and to contribute to animal welfare.

AFLAS Congress

AFLAS Congress is taking place every two years at the seat of the member associations or societies. A large number of scientific and educational presentations are made at the congress.

First Congress was held in Nagasaki, Japan, on May 21-22, 2004.
Second Congress was held in Jeju, Korea, on August 30- September 1, 2006.
Third congress was held in Beijing, China on September 27-29, 2008.
Fourth congress was held in Taipei, Taiwan on November 9-11, 2010.
Fifth congress is planned in Bangkok, Thailand in October, 2012.
