近年來新一代配備Schottky發(fā)射器、命名為“MIRA”的場發(fā)射掃描電鏡已投入生產(chǎn)，而且新的型號已在2005年8月Davos的德語系國家電鏡大會上首次進行了發(fā)布。新型號保證了TESCAN在世界市場上能夠增加相當?shù)母偁幮?，并且開發(fā)新的市場空間，為歐盟對美國和遠東的出口增長做出貢獻。TESCAN目前旗下有200多位高教育水平、經(jīng)驗豐富的雇員攜手工作。
