日前,德***Cinogy公司推出了其***新開發的IR-Module,這款IR-Module專門為1495-1595nm波段(C波段+L波段)激光光束質量分析而設計。他可以把1495-1595nm波段的激光轉換成為CCD可以接受的可見光。
眾所周知,1495-1595nm波段的激光光束分析***般采用InGaAs探測器陣列。但nGaAs探測器陣列得缺點也是顯而易見的,價格昂貴,且分辨率低。
